Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of pixieluxeandco.wixsite.com. The site is owned and operated by Pixie Luxe and Co. By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property - Website, the Business name and logo are all protected by copyright laws.
Pricing - Pixie Luxe and Co require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit when making a booking. Prices and what is included are as documented on the Picnic Packages page. Not mentioned but included in the price is the time used for admin, upkeep of vehicles used to transfer equipment and the cleaning of equipment.
Refunds/Cancellations - If bookings are cancelled two weeks or more before the booking all monies that have been paid (not including deposit) will be fully refunded on behalf of Pixie Luxe and Co. Bookings cancelled less than two weeks will receive a 50% refund of all monies paid (not including the deposit). Any bookings cancelled within 7 days of booking will forfeit 100% off all monies paid.
Covid19 - If bookings are required to be cancelled based on Government restrictions and/or Lockdowns, Pixie Luxe and Co have the right to reschedule twice before allowing a refund at the discretion of Pixie Luxe and Co.
Travel - Any bookings located in Rockingham and surrounds (within 30kms) will not incur a travel fee. Any locations 35kms and further (No greater than 50kms) will incur a $35 travel fee. Anything greater than 50kms will be discussed at time of booking - can refer someone closer if need be.
Damages - If any damages are incurred during a booking the cost will fall back on the client who made the booking. This will be discussed at the time and an invoice will be sent as a follow-up.
Privacy - Pixie Luxe and Co are required to protect the clients' private information, Pixie Luxe and Co do not store any information or share any information on third party devices or third-party apps. The clients' private information is stored on a secure database.
